Accessible library services

Celia is a Finnish state-owned special library which produces and provides literature in accessible for-mats. The books are meant for people who are unable to read standard printed books due to illness or disability.

You can register as a Celia user at your own library. Celia’s book collection boasts more than 40 000 talking books, which may be borrowed and listened to free of charge over the internet. In addition to books in Finnish and Swedish, books in other languages are also available, including works in English, Estonian, French, German and Russian.
